What a relief ~ I have at last found somewhere that I am happy with to kennel my Boxer x Staffie Scooby. Bernie worked wonders with him during his week stay. He came back happy, wagging his tail, smelling beautiful (my daughter even considered ditching her comfort blanket in preference to taking him to bed with her!) And best of all he now has manners ~ yes manners!! Brilliant all round; Bernie, my only reservation in recommeding you to anyone else would be that as soon as they have tried you once, I would be restricting myself when booking my own next availiable slot as you would be so popular :0) Thanks a million~ Scooby is looking forward to his stay in 2 weeks time.

My 2 dogs are regular visitors to the grooming parlour and also stay in the kennels when I am away on holiday. I have always found that in other places there is an air of mystery. Dogs whisked away and the owner cannot see what is happening behind the scenes. With Bernie it is different. Everything is friendly and open and you know what goes on. I think Bernie provides excellent value for money and my dogs love her. She is so good and can really relate to the dogs. She knows how to calm them down and how to handle them in a very gentle yet persuasive way. I have Here no hesitation in recommending her services.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Bernie, she is kind patient teacher who adapts her course to fit you. Bernie is very generous with imparting her knowledge and go’s into all aspects of grooming. I knew next to nothing when I started and yet by the end of the course I felt able to go away and start my own grooming business. Even after the course finished Bernie continues to offer help.

I have just finished the 3 week dog grooming course with Bernie and I thoroughly enjoyed it, so much so that I stayed voluntarily an extra 5 weeks!! It was very informative and interesting and the lunches were fab! I look forward to embarking on my new career in Cornwall and I am happy that Bernie offers on~going support afterwards.
